Download papercut-print-logger.exe and install it on your print 'server's, both servers and desktops that host printers.

PaperCutâ„¢ Print Logger logs the following information:

Time of print
Name of the user who printed
Total number of pages
Document names and titles
Other job attributes such as paper size, color mode and more
Logs are available in a viewer friendly HTML format, or in CSV or Excel format for advanced users needing the data for further analysis.

NOTE: While it was not necessary to configure my printers, or modify the printing process, one of my computer's, with a USB based All-In-One printer, fax, scanner, didn't like the software, installing new drivers / devices on each reboot. All the other print 'server's worked flawlessly.

In addition to the GUI Start menu method of accessing the output, I preferto extract the data directly from the following folders on each print 'server':

<b>\\PrintServerName\c$\Program Files\PaperCut Print Logger\logs\csv\daily
\\PrintServerName\c$\Program Files\PaperCut Print Logger\logs\csv\monthly</b>
