Apple Computer Chief Operating Officer George Scalise resigned today, after only a year on the job. He joins several other top executives who have left Apple in recent weeks. Scalise said he is leaving Apple because he has "accomplished all the goals" he set for himself. If these goals included losing over a billion dollars and watching Apple's U.S. market share sink to less than 3% all in less than a year, then I'd have to agree he was a great success
