The Netdiag.exe output contains:

Kerberos test. . . . . . . . . . . : Failed
\[FATAL\] Kerberos does not have a ticket for <host/domain_name>.

This problem occurs because Netdiag.exe only searches for the <host/domain_name> kind of Kerberos ticket, it does NOT search for the <ComputerName$> kind of Kerberos ticket.

To workaround this behavior, use the Klist.exe or Kerbtray.exe tool to verify that your member server has Kerberos tickets.

NOTE: See How to use the Network Diagnostics Tool (Netdiag.exe) in Windows 2000.
