We use Xerox DocuPrint P8 printers with laptops running Windows NT 4.0. This setup worked until I upgraded one of the notebooks to Windows 2000 Professional. I’ve searched high and low but can’t find a Win2K driver for these printers. What's your advice?

A. Xerox's WorkCentre XE80 driver for Win2K will do the trick. Go to the Xerox Web site, and choose WorkCentre XE80 Digital Copier - Laser Printer from the Product drop-down list. Select Windows 2000 from the Operating System list, choose a language from the Language list, and click Go. Download the listed driver file, and run it.
