To disable the RFC 1323 timestamp option on a Windows Server 2003 that is running the LPD (Line Printer Daemon), you can set the Tcp1323Opts Value Name, a REG_DWORD data type, at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters, per the following:
