iPrint runs in a VMware virtual machine (Hyper-V and Citrix Xen support coming soon) and offers support for many mobile device types.
Here's a name you don't hear too often these days: Novell
Once part of Open Enterprise Server (OSE), Novell recently unveiled iPrint as a standalone solution to allow employees to print remotely to company printers without much effort. Despite the similarity to Apple naming schemes (the usage of the 'i'), Novell's iPrint solution provides a way for workers to simply send an email or connect to a known printer in a web browser and allow iPrint to do the rest.
iPrint runs in a VMware virtual machine (Hyper-V and Citrix Xen support coming soon) and offers support for the following devices and technologies:
- Windows Phone
- Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
- LDAP (including Microsoft Active Directory)
