This subject issue can occur if the Logitech Desktop Messenger is installed on your computer.

To workaround this problem, an Administrator should:

1. Control Panel / Add or Remove Programs.

2. Select Logitech Desktop Messenger, in the Currently installed programs area, and press Remove or Change/Remove.

3. If prompted to confirm, press Yes.
