As with Windows NT 4.0, you can use the Title Bar / Edit /Paste.
In Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000, you can also press ALT+SpaceBar/ Edit / Paste.
In Windows 2000, you can right-click your mouse in the CMD window.
