If you reinstall RAS, you may receive the following when starting IMS:

<b>Event ID 2140:
An internal Windows NT error occurred.

Event ID 4087:
No Services for Macintosh.</b>
To work around this issue:

1. Delete the NetBEUI and TCP/IP protocols.

2. Shutdown and Restart your computer.

3. Add the NetBEUI and TCP/IP protocols, performing the binding.

4. Shutdown and Restart your computer.

5. Reapply your latest Service Pack.

6. Shutdown and Restart your computer.

7. Restart the Internet Mail Service.
