Q: I removed the TCP/IP keys and attempted to reinstall TCP/IP. In doing so, I received the message, "The Registry Subkey Already Exists." How do I fix this problem?

Ensure that you properly removed all the components of a given TCP/IP service. Then, using the Registry editor very carefully (see screen A), make certain the following Registry subkeys are removed.
