Thanks to Keith Furman for the tip: Microsoft revealed late last week that it would be working with games developer Psygnosis to port Microsoft games over to the Sony Playstation. The first three titles that will get converted are Age of Empires, MotoCross Madness, and Urban Assault. The deal marks the first time Microsoft has allowed any of its titles to be ported to a non-Windows system. When taken with the company's plans to create a games console with Sega (the Dreamcast) and its intention to push game development heavily (it is working on over 40 games right now), it seems that Microsoft is trying to make some inroads in the lucrative games market
