The subject behavior occurs if the client computer's clock has a different time than the domain controller's clock.

To work around this behavior on the client computer, use either of the following methods:

Synchronize the clocks

1. Open a CMD.EXE window.

2. Type the following commands, pressing Enter after each line:

w32tm /config /update                              w32tm /resync
3. Shutdown and restart the client computer.

Shutdown and restart twice

Shutdown and restart the client computer two times.
