Intel Corporation cut prices this week on the microprocessors that power mobile computers, including its Pentium MMX and Pentium II processors. The deepest price cut affects the 200 MHz Pentium MMX processor for mobile computers, which drops from $230 to $134. The 166 MHz version drops to only $95. Interestingly, Intel also cut prices on its mobile Pentium II CPUs, which were introduced only two weeks ago. The 233 MHz version drops to $391 (from $466), while the 266 MHz version drops to $637, down from $696. The new prices are effective May 1
