@LUIS Windows Server 2012 sucks? LOL you clearly aren't an IT professional. I've been converting as many machines as I can to 2012 as its speed/footprint on virtual infrastructure is amazing...

Performance is fine/great. Office apps work fine, IE in desktop mode is fast (as fast as the Dell E6400 + Win 7 I was using prior)
