Nokia Re-Enters the US Market with Windows Phone

Windows Phone needs a mid-level phone that is $100-$125. The Focus Flash is too small and the Focus S (and presumably the Lumia 900) are too expensive. Not everyone wants to spend $200+ on a phone.
