To move the label and the text box, select the field, position your mouse over the border of the text box until the mouse pointer becomes an open hand and then drag the field. The label will stay attached to the text box.
To move the label or the text box separately, select the field and position your mouse over the larger selection handle in the upper-left corner of the object until the pointer becomes a pointing hand. At that point, you can drag the object and the other object will remain where it is.
