How do I cancel my registration and receive a refund?
If you are canceling your registration more than 10 days before the event date, call 1-800-793-5697 to receive a full refund. Will I receive a refund if the event is canceled?
If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, your registration will be effective for the revised date. If you can't attend the rescheduled event, you can receive a full refund by calling 1-800-793-5697. Can I transfer my registration to another person?
Yes. You may transfer your registration to another person. To facilitate the transfer, please give a copy of your confirmation page to the person to whom you're transferring your registration, and ask that person to present the page at the event check-in.
