We all know it when we see it. While easily recognizable, we have a limited understanding of how to create and maintain awesome performance in large organizations. Traditional thinking on the subject, such as the strategy and leadership schools, is of little help. Based on his two year-long research on Performance Discipline, Michael Treacy will lead a discussion of what constitutes awesome performance and the ways in which organizations can create it and sustain it.
