What forms of payment do you accept?
You must pay by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover online.
Will you refund the money if my plans change and I can't attend the event?
We will issue full refunds of the registration fee up to 10 business days before the event. Refunds will be issued through a credit-card transaction reversal. Please see the schedule below for the refund cut-off dates for each venue.

How do I cancel my registration and receive a refund?
If you are canceling your registration more than 10 days before the event date, call 1-800-793-5697 to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 10 days of the event - you will not receive a refund, but you will still get your 1-year print subscription to SQL Server Magazine.
Will I receive a refund if the event is canceled?
If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, your registration will be effective for the revised date. If you can't attend the rescheduled event, you can receive a full refund by calling 1-800-793-5697.
Can I transfer my registration to another person?
Yes. You may transfer your registration to another person. To facilitate the transfer, please give a copy of your confirmation page to the person to whom you're transferring your registration, and ask that person to present the page at the event check-in.
How do I register multiple people to the same event?
If you need to register multiple attendees, you must fill out the registration form for each individual attendee—each with a unique email address. For additional help or questions contact Customer Service at 800-793-5697 or 970-663-4700 between 8 AM and 5 PM Mountain Time.
