JSI Tip 7862. When you press ALT+F4 on the physical keyboard to start the On-Screen Keyboard in Windows 2000, the Settings menu does NOT open?.

When you use the keyboard shortcut to start the On-Screen Keyboard, the Settings menu does NOT open, even though you press Start and Settings.

This issue does NOT happen when you use the mouse to start the On-Screen Keyboard.

To workaround this issue, log off and log on.
