Instructor-Led Training. The Training Camp's 5-day Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) Accelerated Certification Program took the top spot for instructor-led training. The program offers intensive group instruction, one-on-one instruction attention, hands-on labs, lab partner and group exercises, question-and-answer drills, friendly competitions between concurrently running classes, independent study, and self-testing. The course includes intensive hands-on training, blended learning, hotel accommodations, 24-hour lab and instructor access, examination passes, and room and board.
