Q: Is there a poster that shows all the Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V components?

A: Microsoft has released an updated poster showing all the Windows Server 2012 (formerly code-named Windows Server 8) Hyper-V components.

It's available at the Microsoft download page and has a great level of detail, as you can see in this screen shot.
