A. A. It is possible to configure NT to display a
wallpaper anywhere on the screen, however you have to manually update the
registry
Start the registry editor (regedt32.exe)
Move to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
From the Edit menu, select Add Value
Enter a name of WallpaperOriginX with a type of REG_SZ and click OK,
you will then be prompted for a value, this is the number of pixels the
left hand side of the image will be from the left side of the screen
Next select Add Value again from the Edit menu and this time the name
WallpaperOriginY, click OK and enter the number of pixels the top of the
image should be from the top of the screen
