Why do I receive the error "The procedure entry point PrivacyGetZonePreferenceW could not be located in the dynamic link library WININET.dll." when I try to use the Internet Explorer Administration Kit (IEAK) 6?

A. This error indicates that you've tried to use IEAK 6 without first installing Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 6, which the IEAK requires to access the updated wininet.dll file. To fix the problem, simply install IE 6. See Microsoft's Web site for information about the function.

when I reboot my NT4 server, I get a "cannot locate procedure entry point - LsalLookupWellKnownName" error text box over the NT login logo. How can I get past this screen to access / fix my server?
