When you try to print a document from Internet Explorer or Outlook Express, the document does NOT print. When you use the File menu to press Print Preview a blank page is displayed.

NOTE: When you print the same document from another program, it prints correctly.

This behavior is indicative of margin settings in the Internet Explorer being set to encompass the whole page.

To resolve this problem:

1. Start Internet Explorer.

2. Use the File menu to press Page Setup.

3. Set all 4 or the Margin boxes to 0.75.
