This is a paid event -- Register early for the early bird rate of $79. After expiration of the Early Bird discount, the price is $99.

If you register for the on demand version of the past events, the price is $79. The eLearning sessions will be available on demand for 12 months after the date of the live event.

What forms of payment do we accept?
You must pay by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover online.

Will we refund the money if your plans change and you can't attend the event?
We will issue full refunds of the registration fee up to 10 business days before the event. Refunds will be issued through a credit-card transaction reversal.

How do you cancel your registration and receive a refund?
If you are canceling your registration more than 10 days before the event date, call 1-800-793-5697 to receive a full refund.

Will you receive a refund if the event is canceled?
If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund. If the event is rescheduled, your registration will be effective for the revised date. If you can't attend the rescheduled event, you can receive a full refund by calling 1-800-793-5697.
