 Executive Summary:
If Windows Vista won't let you connect to your VPN, try browsing to a Web site or disabling and reenabling your wireless connection to get Windows Vista to recognize your Internet connection.
To give users the authority to monitor the performance counters on your servers, you must grant them the Access this computer from the network right and read access to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib.
Users in the Users group automatically have the Access this computer from the network right.
