Daylight Saving Time Update for Windows NT and Window 9x
 

If you're looking for a program that makes the daylight saving time updates on Windows NT and Windows 9x machines, look no further. David Gray has written a program, 2007TZFIX, that updates any version of Windows that shipped since August 24, 1995, which means it updates Windows 95 and later. (It doesn't update Vista because that OS ships with the updates.) You can download the 2007TZFIX program from WizardWrx. The program is free to individual and small business users. David is asking for $75 from large organizations, but, as is always the case with shareware, you're on your honor to pay.
