A. Microsoft has a list of time servers in the article " A list of the Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) time servers that are available on the Internet" (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/262680 ). You should synchronize with a second-level SNTP time server unless you have very specific time synchronization requirements. Public NTP servers are allo available under the address {Country code}.pool.ntp.org, e.g. us.pool.ntp.org, uk.pool.ntp.org
