Can I start a Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 session without causing the Virtual PC Console to start?

A. By default, when you start a Virtual PC session from a shortcut or command line, the Virtual PC Console also starts, showing a list of all the virtual machines that exist. For example, the following command would launch Virtual PC and open the Virtual PC Console:

"F:\Program Files\Microsoft Virtual PC\Virtual PC.exe" -pc "Windows 2007" -launch

If you want to start a Virtual PC session and not have the console automatically start, add the -singlepc switch to the command line or shortcut, as this example shows:

"F:\Program Files\Microsoft Virtual PC\Virtual PC.exe" -pc "Windows 2007" -launch -singlepc
