The three tier offering can included 24x7 around the clock support, 12x7 half day support from 8am-8pm eastern standard time (EST), 9x5 business hours support from 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday. Companies interested in purchasing a support package can receive a quote by contacting ISC sales.
