NetIQ Adds "Zero-Touch" Remote Deployment of Agents to AppManager 7.0

NetIQ 's systems management software, AppManager 7.0, now features "Zero-touch" deployment, which automatically detects platforms and applications and remotely deploys agents and modules to ensure accurate monitoring. AppManager 7.0 includes policy-exception management capabilities to override job parameters and accommodate unique requirements, such as different email addresses or critical event notifications. AppManager 7.0 also features enhanced service mapping and native business service management capabilities for modeling of IT services and integration with other NetIQ products.
