Q: How do I set my system
path to include, by default, the
core Windows Automated
Installation Kit (AIK) utilities
(e.g., ImageX?).
A: To enable the core Windows
AIK commands to be accessible
from your environment, you
need to add the following paths
to your system path:
C:\Program Files\Windows AIK Tools\PETools
C:\Program Files\Windows AIK Tools\<architecture> (e.g., AMD64)
To add the paths, open the
System Control Panel applet,
select the Advanced tab, and
click Environment Variables.
Under the System variables section,
select Path, click Edit, and
add the above paths, separated
by a semicolon.
