To write the registry in Vbscript, use the
RegWrite Method.
As a simple demonstration, I have scripted Srvcomment.vbs to update the local computer's description.
Srvcomment.vbs contains:

Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
Set oArgs = WScript.Arguments
