When you install
SP1 on Windows Server 2003, the
SCW (
Security
Configuration
Wizard) is
NOT
automatically installed, even through its' Help file is installed.
To install SCW:
1. Open Control Panel.
2. Open the Add or Remove Programs applet.
3. Press the Add/Remove Windows Components button in the left hand pane.
4. Check the Security Configuration Wizard box.
5. Press Next.
6. Press Finish.
NOTE: The Administrative Tools folder on the Start menu now contains the Security Configuration Wizard shortcut
to %SystemRoot%\system32\scw.exe.
